Well Hello There Again! Ms. Jorden has yet another cooking feature she would like to share with this little blog. Today she is showing us Supreme Pizza Burgers! I’ll first have the pictures and then the recipe card below, Enjoy!











Who doesn’t like pizza or burgers?


Supreme Pizza Burgers

  1. 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef
  2. 1/2 pound Italian Sausage ( A Little More Is Fine!)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  4. 8 slices Mozzarella Or Provolone Cheese
  5. Pepperoni Slices
  6. 8 Tablespoons Jarred Marinara Sauce, Plus A Little More
  7. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  8. 4 whole Kaiser Rolls Or Good Hamburger Buns
  9. Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  10. 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Thick
  11. Sliced Black Olives
  12. Sliced Mushrooms
  1. Combine ground beef, Italian sausage, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Knead it together and form it into four large/thick patties. Fry the burgers on one side for several minutes, then turn the burgers. Lay 2 slices of cheese on each patty, followed by several slices of pepperoni. Add a couple of thin slices of red onion, a slice of green bell pepper, a pile of black olives, and a pile of mushrooms. Spoon a little more marinara sauce on top, the lay another slice of cheese on top of all the fillings. Place the lid on the skillet and allow burger to cook all the way through while the cheese melts and the pepperoni warms.
  2. Split the rolls and toast them in butter in a skillet until nice and golden and crisp. Spread both halves with marinara sauce and sprinkle the sauce with Parmesan.
  3. Lay the patties on the bottom buns, then top with the top buns. Serve immediately; hearty appetites are recommended!

Happy Monday Folks! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday and hopefully you have started or even finished your Christmas shopping already. Oh….and I can’t forget, Happy Cyber Monday! I have another You Cook, I Feature You for today. This recipe is being shared by Jorden who has already been featured on the blog before. You can see her last cooking feature by clicking here.

Today Jorden is sharing the Italian Hero Crescent Ring which I’m sure many of you have seen floating around Pinterest Land. I’ll first show you the photos followed by the recipe card for easy viewing and saving! See I make it easy for you.

Italian Hero Crescent Ring

  1. 2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent dinner rolls
  2. 1/2 cup well drained roasted red bell peppers
  3. 8 slices of provolone cheese
  4. 1/3 lb deli sliced hot salami
  5. 1/4 lb deli sliced ham
  6. 1/4 lb deli sliced capocollo
  7. 1/2 cup well drained hot pepper rings
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Pop the Pillsbury Crescent rolls open and arrange them in a star pattern around a 12-inch pizza pan. The dough will overlap and this is okay.
  3. Spread the roasted red bells peppers towards the center of the ring on the bottom halves of the triangles. Top with half of the cheese and layer the salami, ham and capocollo slices over cheese. Arrange the pepper rings over top and cover with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bring each dough rectangle hanging over side of your pizza pan up over the stacked filling, tucking the dough under the bottom layer to secure it. Repeat around the pizza pan until completed. You can then sprinkle with some black pepper.
  5. Bake in oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Cool before cutting into serving slices.

Well Hello There!! Long time….no action on my part!

Well this week brings us October do you believe it? I haven’t done a post in what seems like forever as life sometimes takes over. 

Well I have a cooking feature for you and it sure looks yummy!

Today’s recipe comes from Jorden and it’s a Chicken Parmigiana Rollatini…sound fancy eh? It’s actually pretty easy to make and looks delicious! Let’s first start by showing the great pictures Jorden provided us to get are taste buds wakening up….recipe card to be towards the bottom with instructions!

Chicken Parmigiana Rollatini
Serves 6
Write a review
  1. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry of liquid
  3. 2/3 cups part skim ricotta cheese
  4. 1/4 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  5. 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
  8. 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  9. 2 eggs, beaten with a dash of milk
  10. 1 cup marinara sauce
  11. salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Lay one chicken breast on a cutting board with what would have been the skin side up. Place your hand on top, and using a chefu2019s knife, cut the breast down the middle being sure to stop before cutting all the way through. Open the breast so the cut surface is exposed, cover with plastic wrap and lightly pound the chicken to an even thickness. Season both sides of the chicken well with salt and pepper. Repeat with remaining breasts.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, garlic and 1 egg. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper to the mixture. Evenly divide and spread the filling on the inside cut side of the chicken. Roll up the chicken and place it seam side down on the work surface.
  3. On a plate, mix together the bread crumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Place your 2 beaten eggs with the dash of milk in a small bowl. Dip each breast first in the eggs, then roll them into the breadcrumbs to coat. Place them on your greased baking dish seam side down.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce and your other favorite sides.
