And what’s better then mixing it up with some cheese! Yes, please! This recipe is super easy to make it it is super filling!

Yes folks – mascarpone baked pasta. It’s like a super cheesy, creamy sauce with baked pasta and some panko bread crumbs. It is super rich a just so so good. You need to make this now!

You can just throw everything in an oven safe dish and let the oven do the baking and you get a nice crusty crust with the panko bread crumbs on top.

Cook 10 minutes or until thick (about the time it takes your pasta to cook). Remove from heat; add cheeses, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Stir in your salt and pepper. Next, add your cooked pasta, stirring to coat the pasta with your creamy cheese sauce. Spoon pasta mixture and any sauce into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.

  5. Cook pasta in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy!
  1. You can eat this pasta dish alone or add some cooked chicken breasts to the pasta mixture. It also pairs well with a cooked sausage as well.
